We are seeking an experienced

Document Controller - QA/QC professional

with a strong background in

UAE construction projects

. The candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documents while supporting QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, control, and maintain all project and QA/QC documentation in accordance with company and project procedures Maintain document registers, logs, and trackers for drawings, submittals, NCRs, MIRs, WIRs, ITPs, and test reports Ensure timely submission, tracking, and distribution of documents to consultants, clients, and internal teams Control document revisions and ensure only approved documents are issued and used on site Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for all quality and project records Support QA/QC Engineers in preparing Quality Plans, ITPs, and QA/QC documentation Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC team, and project management on documentation flow Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to document control and QA/QC activities Ensure all records are properly maintained for audits and project close-out

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Document Control - QA/QC within UAE construction projects (preferred)

Good knowledge of construction documentation and QA/QC procedures Familiar with ISO standards and quality documentation systems Proficient in MS Office and document control systems Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills Experience in building / infrastructure / MEP projects is an advantage
