We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Controller. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and maintaining important documents related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) or Relevant. This role will require excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
QHSE Document Control:
Prepare QHSE-related documents, including policies, procedures, and manuals.
Maintain accurate records of all documents, including revisions and approvals.
Coordinate & Facilitate document control activities with various departments to ensure timely updates and approvals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferred.
Proficiency in document control procedures and software (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering).
Certifications in document control or QHSE management are advantageous.
