The Document Controller will manage, organize, and maintain all laboratory and project documents related to material testing. The role ensures proper documentation, version control, and accessibility to support smooth operations, compliance, and audits.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, review, and organize project and laboratory documents.
Maintain document control systems, ensuring proper versioning and updates.
Ensure timely distribution of reports, test results, and drawings to relevant stakeholders.
Support QA/QC and laboratory teams in preparing reports and certifications.
Maintain records for audits, regulatory compliance, and client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to track document status and approvals.
Ensure confidentiality and proper archiving of all documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Science, Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years' experience as a Document Controller, preferably in testing/lab environment.
Knowledge of document management systems (DMS) and MS Office.
Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to handle multiple documents and meet tight deadlines.
