Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, organize, and control all project and company documents (both electronic and hard copy).
Ensure proper filing, indexing, and retrieval of documents as needed.
Track document revisions, updates, and approvals to ensure version control.
Coordinate with project teams, managers, and other departments to manage document flow.
Review incoming and outgoing documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Prepare and distribute documentation reports as required.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with document management procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative/document management role.
Strong knowledge of document management systems (DMS) and MS Office applications.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in [industry-specific field, e.g., construction, engineering, IT, etc.].
Familiarity with ISO standards or other compliance frameworks.
