Maintain and manage all project-related documents in an organized manner.
Track document status and ensure timely updates and approvals.
Prepare and generate regular reports on document progress and compliance.
Ensure proper version control and document distribution across teams.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for document-related queries.
Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
Experience:
2-3 years in document control or similar role.
Languages:
Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of document management systems and MS Office tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
