Job Description

Hiring for Document Controller to manage and streamline critical project documentation for our HSE Division. If you excel in structured document management and have experience supporting technical projects, join us to ensure flawless documentation for infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the entire lifecycle of project documents, from creation and review to storage and archival, ensuring data integrity and version control. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all documents adhere to regulatory, client, and project-specific standards, conducting regular quality checks to maintain accuracy and compliance with industry protocols. Document Control Systems: Manage digital and physical records using advanced document control software, ensuring accessibility, security, and compliance with ISO standards. Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with project engineers, site teams, and stakeholders to meet document needs, including distributing updates, revising documentation, and supporting audits. Data Security and Confidentiality: Implement strict protocols to protect sensitive project information.

Requirements:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree Administration, or a related field. Preferably female candidates with 3-5 years of experience document control and administration. Knowledge of UAE laws and international safety standards. Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
