Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control all project documents, including drawings, reports, correspondence, and submittals.
Ensure proper filing, indexing, and version control of documents using established procedures.
Receive, review, and distribute documents to relevant teams and departments.
Track document status, revisions, approvals, and outstanding submissions.
Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for easy retrieval.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors on documentation requirements.
Prepare and update document logs, transmittals, and status reports.
Ensure compliance with company and project documentation standards.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Document Controller (construction industry preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with document control software (Aconex, EDMS, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
