Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control company documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity.
Maintain up-to-date records of all documentation and ensure easy accessibility.
Develop and implement document control procedures and systems.
Review and update documents for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Distribute and archive documents according to internal policies.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper document flow and approval processes.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain secure document storage.
Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
Proven experience as a document controller or in administrative support.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
