Control and manage incoming and outgoing documents.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
Ensure documents are stored securely and are easily retrievable.
Update logs and document registers regularly.
Support project and management teams with documentation needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in administration preferred.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience as a document controller is an advantage.
