. This role plays a vital part in ensuring proper documentation processes and maintaining confidentiality while supporting smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control all incoming and outgoing documents to ensure proper filing and retrieval.
Maintain an updated record of all files, reports, and confidential data.
Ensure that all documents comply with company standards and client requirements.
Distribute, store, and retrieve electronic and hard copy documents when required.
Assist in preparing reports, contracts, and documentation for clients and internal teams.
Monitor document revisions and maintain version control to avoid discrepancies.
Coordinate with departments to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
Uphold confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client records.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Document Controller, Office Administrator, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
