Key Responsibilities
Register, log, and file all incoming/outgoing documents (drawings, submittals, RFIs, etc.) in both hardcopy and electronic form
Maintain version control, ensuring only current revisions are in circulation
Create and distribute transmittals; track dispatch and receipt confirmations
Coordinate with PM, engineers, contractors, consultants for timely document submissions and approvals
Produce and maintain document registers and logs; generate regular status reports
Assist in internal/external audits and project meetings by providing documentation
Facilitate document handover, close-out, and archiving at project completion
Ensure all documents meet contractual, legal, ISO, and company standards
At least 2-5 years Experience needed

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
