Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize physical and electronic documents, ensuring proper filing and version control.
Receive, track, and monitor documents, including contracts, reports, and project files.
Ensure all documents are accurately logged, updated, and archived in compliance with company policies.
Distribute documents to relevant departments and stakeholders as needed.
Assist in preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company documents.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in document control or a related administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Good communication skills in English.
