Responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining document control processes and storage of soft and hard copy media. Monitoring compliance of programme and project teams with document control processes and procedures. Providing support, advice, and supervision to general users and project teams. Facilitating the transfer of documents from other systems/SharePoint to a project. Creating and importing documents. Creating and maintaining document templates and attribute lists. Distributing requests in accordance with procedures and SLAs. Channeling feedback and new requirements for the system. Filing and working with sensitive business cases, as well as financial and commercial data. Qualifications
5 years of experience in a document management system in an engineering or architectural firm. Any Graduate. Strong communication and organizational skills. Good English oral and writing skills. Analytical problem-solving and organizational ability. Proven knowledge of document management, including all necessary software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
