Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring proper formatting, labeling, and version control.
Maintain up-to-date logs and registers (e.g., transmittal logs, drawing logs).
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams to track and control documentation.
Ensure all documents are properly stored, accessible, and archived as per company procedures.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to collect, review, and control deliverables.
Adhere to project deadlines and client documentation requirements.
Implement and maintain document control procedures using DMS platforms (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, ProArc, SharePoint).
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience
in a similar role within
EPC or Oil & Gas projects
.
Proficient in document control software and MS Office Suite.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and document management standards.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience with major Oil & Gas clients (e.g., ADNOC, Aramco, QatarEnergy).
Knowledge of project phases: FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning.
