Job Summary: Looking for a Document Controller in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
The job holder will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and systematic management of all company documents and records, the primary focus of this role is to establish and maintain an effective document control system, ensuring accurate document storage, retrieval as well as distribution
Job Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Business Administration, Records Management, or any related course
Proven work experience as a document controller or in a similar role required
Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in document control software and systems.
Strong understanding of document management principles, standards as well as practices
Must be familiar with electronic document management systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity
The ideal candidate should be currently in the UAE to join immediately
