This position exists to capture, store, retrieve, share, and destroy electronic records and documents of the Engineering Department. Duties and Responsibilities Monitor and record all incomings (such as supply orders, drawings, submittals, and correspondences) and distribute to relevant personnel Control issuance of document numbers, ensures proper document classification, sorting, distributing, filing and proper archiving Performs file backup to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers Printing and copying documents requested by other departments Keeping a thorough check of all engineering documents Checking the drawings, outgoing drawings and marking revisions Prepare work status and weekly report Qualifications Diploma in Office Administration/Secretarial At least two (2) Years of relevant work experience in the similar role in industrial manufacturing environment Skills and Abilities At least two (2) years of experience for a similar role in an industrial/manufacturing environment Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription and other office procedures Has high attention to detail Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills Good communication skills-verbal and written English Working Conditions Work is performed in an office environment and in close proximity to other workers. Incumbent shall be exposed to those conditions normally encountered in a business office environment and is occasionally subject to outdoor examination settings with exposure to diverse weather conditions Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
