Responsibilities:
Manage, update, and maintain the document management system.
Receive, track, and distribute documents to relevant teams.
Ensure all documents are properly reviewed, approved, and filed.
Maintain version control and track document revisions.
Prepare and maintain document logs, reports, and registers.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
Coordinate with project teams, departments, and external stakeholders.
Safeguard confidential and sensitive documents.
Support audits and inspections by providing required documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Records Management, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in document control.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
