Excellent organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills
Responsibilities:
Manage, organize, and control all project documents in line with project and client requirements.
Maintain structured filing and document tracking systems for easy retrieval.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure proper document flow.
Ensure all documentation complies with
KAHRAMAA standards
and other regulatory requirements.
Track document revisions, submittals, and approvals, maintaining accurate records.
Assist the project team with administrative and document-related tasks as required.

Do you have at least 5 years of experience as a Document Controller?
Have you worked in a consultant organization on building projects?
Do you have previous approval from KAHRAMAA? (Preferable)
Are you proficient in document management software (e.g., Aconex, Primavera, or similar)?
Are you currently available to start immediately?
Can you commit to the assignment up to 01/01/2026?
