, and will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation in compliance with company and client standards. Previous
approval from the Public Works Authority (PWA)
is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and control all project documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards.
Manage electronic and hard-copy filing systems for easy retrieval and reference.
Coordinate document flow between project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and contractual requirements.
Assist in the preparation and submission of documents for client and authority approvals (PWA experience is a plus).
Track revisions, version control, and distribution of documents.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
Provide administrative support to project teams as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree (BSc) or Diploma in a relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum
5 years
of experience as a
Document Controller
, preferably within a
consultancy environment
and with
buildings project experience
.
Certification:
UPDA certification is not required
.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint).
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of document control best practices.
