Responsibilities:
Handle the
end-to-end document control process
, including preparation, review, approval,issuance, and archiving of all company and project-related documents.
Ensure all records (contracts, agreements, property files, and client documentation) are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
Maintain strict compliance with
RERA documentation standards
and company policies.
Coordinate with the
Admin Department
to streamline approvals, renewals, and documentsubmissions.
Maintain both digital and hard copy filing systems with proper version control and naming conventions.
Monitor document flow to and from internal departments and external stakeholders.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure all documentation is up-to-date and properly filed.
Support management in preparing reports, summaries, and documentation trackers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience
in document control within the
real estate sector
.
In-depth knowledge of RERA
regulations and compliance procedures.
Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
