Organize and manage project documents, contracts, drawings, and records
Ensure documents are up-to-date, properly labeled, and filed
Maintain version control and document logs
Support project teams with document distribution and retrieval
Comply with company and industry document management procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in document control (construction industry preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and document management systems
Excellent communication skills
