Prepare reports and memos for submission to Corporate Engineering & Health Facilities Management and Corporate Security Department.
Maintaining the tracker for all memos, snag reports, PPM reports and any other reports submitted to client.
Prepare the PPM schedule for the month and follow up with the team for the completion of PPM activity and submission of the PPM report.
Support the team as a document controller for site related documents, including drawings, BOQ, MOI-SSD documents, PPM Reports etc.
Perform works assigned by management from time to time.
Ensure all documents such as gate passes, manpower approvals, spare parts stock items are up to date.
Minimum: College diploma or University degree
Administrative qualification is advantageous
MS Office Certification
Certified Administrative Professional
Minimum of 5-years' experience in a similar role.
