Job Description

5+ years of experience

in document control within the engineering consultancy sector.

Candidates who are able to join immediately will be given chance.

Responsibilities:



Maintain and track project records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and properly filed. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure proper documentation flow. Confirm compliance with project standards, procedures, and regulations for document control. Efficiently manage and organize project documents. Prepare, receive, and file official project correspondence, reports, drawings, and contracts. Provide support in managing both digital and physical files in line with project requirements. Assist in the creation of project-related reports and ensure they are submitted on time. Experience working on

construction projects

in Qatar, particularly with a focus on

site-based documentation.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively. Familiarity with document management software and digital platforms. Scan and upload documents according to company procedure Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company's system Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access Handle records across various departments Establish and maintain record retention timelines Has experience in Engineering
