About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Document Controller

to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project-related documents in line with company and client requirements. You will ensure that documentation processes comply with industry standards and that records are easily accessible for project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and control project documentation (technical, contractual, and administrative). Ensure proper filing, classification, and archiving of electronic and hard copy records. Manage document workflows, ensuring timely distribution and receipt of project deliverables. Implement document control procedures and ensure compliance with ISO standards. Monitor and track document revisions, approvals, and distribution. Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and contractors to ensure proper documentation flow. Support audits, inspections, and project handover processes with accurate documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum

5+ years of experience

as a Document Controller in Qatar or the GCC region. Strong knowledge of document control systems (e.g., Aconex, Primavera Contract Management, EDMS). Familiarity with construction, engineering, or oil & gas documentation standards. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Must be currently based in Qatar with a

transferable visa/NOC
