to provide centralized document management for all engineering deliverables. Ensures compliance with ISO standards, maintains proper workflows, and supports the Technical Manager and Design Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Engineering Deliverable Master List (EDML) across Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil.
Control submissions, reviews, approvals, and revision cycles.
Implement coding and numbering systems per ISO and project requirements.
Track consultant/client comments and monitor resubmissions.
Maintain RFI/NCR logs, shop drawing registers, and as-built documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
10-15 years of document control experience in EPC/industrial projects in GCC.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and engineering document control practices.
Proficient in Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, MS Office, AutoCAD (basic).
Experience in managing engineering deliverables, workflows, and coding systems.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large documentation volumes.
Strong communication and follow-up skills with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
