Description
A well reputed Construction Company based in Abu Dhabi urgently required Document controller. The candidate must have 5-7 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure/Utility/Construction field.
Previous experience of working with local authorities projects in UAE such as ADWEA, DEWA, RTA, FEWA, TRANSCO, AADC, ADSSC and ADDC is preferred. Job requirement:
- Degree in Business Administration or graduate in any stream from a recognized University ( attested by UAE embassy)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills
- Must be fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc.
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Familiarity with project management
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) will be an advantage
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Data organization skills
