Job Description

:
  • Copying , scanning and storing documents in physical and digital records.
  • Reviewing and updating customer master files.
  • Checking for accuracy of customer files.
  • Handling request and queries from team members.
  • Write and distribute email , correspondence to customers.
  • Develop and maintain a filling system.
  • Maintain contact list for customers.
  • Liaise with internal department for smooth functioning of team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Computer Literate must be knowledgeable in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Preferably Female.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month Application Question(s):

  • Bachelor\'s (Required)
Experience:
  • Administrative: 4 years (Required)
License/Certification:
  • Qatar Driving License (Preferred)
