Record all incoming enquiries and prepare quotations based on management-approved formats
Prepare and manage technical and commercial submittals
Maintain proper filing systems (hard copy and electronic)
Prepare reports and regularly update management
Ensure accurate documentation control and timely submissions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PDF handling)
Prior experience working with a
Contracting Company
is advantage
Strong professional emailing and correspondence skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
Experience in the UAE construction or contracting sector will be an advantage.
