Maintain and manage all documents and records related to interior fit-out projects, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, material approvals, contracts, and correspondence.
Ensure proper documentation (numbering, stamping, formatting and filing) as per ISO standards.
Distribute and track documents between internal departments, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Follow up on document approvals and ensure timely responses from relevant stakeholders.
Prepare transmittals, submittals, and document summaries when required.
Support project teams with document retrieval, printing, scanning, and archiving.
Ensure all documents are stored securely and backed up regularly.
Assist in preparing handover documentation and project close-out files.
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in Construction or Interior fit-out industry.
Proficient in Aconex / EDMS / Document Management workflows
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document control software.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong organizational, communication and record-keeping skills.
Must be based in Abu Dhabi
