Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Develop and maintain document control procedures and filing systems in line with company and project requirements. Prepare detailed user manuals and documentation scripts for in-house software and internal workflows. Manage the flow of technical documents between internal departments, clients, and vendors to ensure proper distribution and version control. Receive, check, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents (drawings, datasheets, reports, correspondence, etc.). Ensure that all project documents comply with established standards, templates, and naming conventions. Maintain a tracking system to monitor document status, revisions, and approval stages. Regularly update document registers and ensure traceability of all project deliverables. Support engineers and project managers in locating and retrieving required information promptly. Handle confidential and sensitive documents with discretion. Support audits, inspections, and quality management initiatives by providing accurate document records. Coordinate with IT and software teams for improvements and automation of document control systems. #

Key Requirements:




Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience (experience in document control or administration is an advantage). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer applications. Familiarity with document management systems (DMS) or ERP tools is a plus.
