to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company documentation, ensuring timely renewals, bridging communication between clients and internal departments, and supporting HSE documentation and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, monitor, and manage all company documentation and records.
Bridge the communication gap between clients and internal departments (Operations, Accounts, HR, etc.) for documents such as timesheets and trip sheets.
Maintain the validity of company and employee documents, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for timely renewal.
Prepare and submit HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) reports to clients and internal teams.
Compile and submit HSE documentation for inspections and audits.
Ensure compliance with company and client documentation standards and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Administration, Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in documentation control, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Construction industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of HSE documentation processes will be an advantage.
Language:
Hindi preferred (English proficiency required).
Candidates on Spouse Visa will be given priority.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
