We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Document Controller
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing company documents while ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity. This role plays a critical part in supporting project teams, maintaining compliance, and streamlining document workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and control the flow of documents (electronic and hard copy) across departments or projects
Maintain an organized system for easy document retrieval and storage
Ensure that all documentation meets company and regulatory standards
Track revisions and version control of documents
Distribute documents to appropriate stakeholders and ensure timely updates
Archive inactive files and documents in compliance with legal and company policies
Provide administrative support related to document management
Assist in audits and quality control processes
Qualifications
Proven experience in a document control or administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
Familiarity with document management systems (DMS) is a plus
Good communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
