Manage, control, and maintain project documentation in both electronic and hard copy formats.
Receive, review, log, distribute, and archive all technical submittals, drawings, correspondences, and reports.
Ensure documents are properly numbered, filed, and retrievable according to project and company standards.
Track the status of submittals and correspondence to ensure timely responses from consultants and clients.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure proper documentation flow.
Maintain document registers (incoming/outgoing correspondence, drawings, material submittals, etc.).
Prepare transmittals for submission of documents to consultants and clients.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all project documentation.
