Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize company documents efficiently.
Ensure accurate document control processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and SOAs.
Coordinate project activities and support project teams.
Prepare and maintain project reports.
Conduct site surveys and compile site reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
