Responsibilities:
The Document Coordinator assists and monitors / reports on the various following tasks:
Appropriate action regarding Contractor's submittals, such as Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples, Requests for Information, etc.
Flow of information regarding requests for substitutions.
Reproductions, plots, photocopying, supporting the Team.
Incoming and outgoing flow of electronic communications dealing with project submittals, sharing information with Clients and Consultants.
Coordination of printing of project specifications and other manuals.
Qualifications:
One to three years of experience preferably in architectural, engineering, or construction industries.
Ability to operate calculator, computer, and general office equipment.
