Prepare, type, and submit applications for:
Visa processing (new, renewal, cancellation)
Emirates ID and medical typing
Labour contracts and labour cards (MOHRE)
Trade license applications and renewals (DED)
Tasheel, Amer, and other typing center portals
Manage and maintain all documentation records related to company and employee files.
Track document progress with government authorities and follow up for approvals.
Liaise with clients and government departments for submission and collection of documents.
Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with UAE regulations.
Keep logs for submitted and received documents and prepare reports when needed.
Handle online payments and receipts related to government transactions.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a typing center, PRO services company, or similar field.
Strong knowledge of UAE government documentation systems (MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, DHA, ICA, etc.).
Proficiency in English and Arabic typing is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic accounting skills to manage payments and receipts is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
