We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Document Controller

with at least

5 years of hands-on experience using Aconex

. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation in compliance with organizational and client requirements, ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and retrieval of engineering and project records.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and control the flow of documents using

Aconex

, ensuring accurate logging, tracking, and version control. Distribute documents to internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors in accordance with project requirements. Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents are properly reviewed, filed, and archived. Maintain up-to-date document registers and ensure all documentation complies with company and client standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely submission and approval of documents. Conduct regular audits of documentation for accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Train team members and project staff on Aconex workflows and best practices as required. Support the quality assurance process by ensuring documentation is complete, correct, and traceable.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of

5 years of document control experience

, with proven expertise in

Aconex

. Strong understanding of document control processes, including version control, transmittals, and metadata management. High attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with engineering documentation formats.
