Must be presentable, smart, and proactive, organized and can work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities including managing document transmittals in compliance with company/project procedures (covering formatting, receipt, registration, numbering, filing, retrieval, and issuance), assisting in the preparation and periodic update of the project document list and progress reports, monitoring documentation progress and maintaining receipt/distribution registers, and tracking and reporting actual versus planned timelines for document control activities.
