The Role
We are currently looking for a Document Controller having Autocad knowledge/Draftsman ELV to join the Project/presales Department. The Department is a service entity whose objective is to support the project, tenders and documentation in the best way possible and to manage the Project technically in the most effective and cost-efficient manner. In this role you will have the opportunity to help develop an effective and efficiently process that provides key support service to our projects. As a Draftsman it is your responsibility to create new ELV and other relevant drawings or make modifications to existing drawings. Besides the drawing you need to maintain a document control system for all ELV and other projects of our company. Your role will be: 1. Ensure accurate drawings and registration systems are produced according to supplied information and application and standards; 2. Set up, run and maintain a new document control process; 3. Co-operate with Project Manager and/or Service Technicians ELV to ensure all information is accurately processed; 4. Draft and approve all ELV drawings; 5. Check existing drawings and modify the drawings as necessary; 6. Undertake site surveys in order to confirm the correctness of handover documents and suitability of allocated site for project implementation; 7. Update the Department Head regularly about the status and progress of the work;

Requirements
1. Should have worked as Document Controller at least for 5 years in a Company implementing ELV Systems. 2. Should have Autocad drawing experience with ELV Systems for at least 5 years. 3. Should Possess UAE Driving License. 4. should be fluent in spoken and written English. 5. Should be Graduate or diploma holder.
