We are looking for a Document Controller for an EPCM project to be based Abu Dhabi - UAE

Job Responsibility and Requirement Reports to Procurement Lead Provides Daily Status Updates and Issues Escalation to Procurement Lead Controlling, tracking and reporting of Technical Related Documentation ( Vendor / admin documents) Control Submission and Uploading of KBR Generated Documents QC Verification, Submission and Uploading of all received Documentation from various parties Provide EDMS User Support (KBR, BOC, Contractor, Supplier and Vendor) Expedite Document Review Process (KBR, BOC, Contractor, Supplier and Vendor) Control of Construction and Commissioning Red Line Mark Ups (RLMU's) drawings onto EDMS Update RLMU's, As Build and 3D Model requirement list as per the Handover Procedure Responsible for updating Commissioning & Construction Dossiers register and final handover to the client. Maintain ERW and NCR Trackers Scanning and processing of redlined submittal documents and Construction Dossiers when required Following up with engineering team for completing ASB drawings as per schedule date. Control of Contract Related documentation (Variation Orders, Variation Requests etc) Control of all site-based Correspondence in SharePoint Issue Transmittals to Contractors and Clients Manage transmittal of Archive deliverables to client

Experience required: Minimum 8+ years of experience required Minimum 5+ Years of experience in Oil & gas industry Bachelors Degree / Diploma Fluent in English Experienced in Ariba & Maximo Software Good communication skills
