Due to our continued growth in the region Jacobs is hiring Document Controller in the UAE. Responsibilities include: * Support the document control process for change documentation using current systems available, i.e. Aconex, Prism

• Take ownership of existing Change Register and keeping it up to date with Change Request, Change Authorisation Request, Instruction and Agreed Value of Instruction information
• Monitor performance of Commercial Managers where change documents are not being progressed within agreed timescales. Provision of administrative support, where required
• QA check all information coming on to the systems and process accordingly
• Follow the distribution matrix for internal distribution of documents and correspondence
• Produce quantitative, status and analysis reports
• Support senior staff on routine and ad hoc project-wide assignments
