We are seeking a qualified and experienced G+1 Civil Site Engineer, registered with the Society of Engineers (SOE) in Dubai, to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with Dubai Municipality standards and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute all civil works in line with approved structural, architectural, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of works.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Review project plans and ensure compliance with building codes, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct quality inspections, maintain site documentation, and prepare progress reports.
Lead, motivate, and monitor on-site teams to maintain high performance and productivity.
Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Dubai Municipality (DM) approval as a Civil Engineer (G+1).
Active membership with the Society of Engineers - UAE (SOE) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering and site supervision.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and UAE building codes.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
