The role of the DJ at The Luxury Collection is critical in bringing our commitment to high-quality musical experiences to life, influencing our marketing efforts, digital and social presence, and most importantly, enhancing the guest experience within the elegant setting of our properties. The DJ will curate and deliver music that not only elevates the luxury experience but also resonates with the cultural essence of each destination. This position is pivotal in maintaining the brand\'s allure, ensuring guests feel the vibrancy of our properties upon arrival, during their stay, and at exclusive events. By generating a curated music scene, the DJ plays a key role in communicating our brand\'s story, maintaining its appeal to guests and developers. Additionally, the DJ will serve as the musical ambassador of The Luxury Collection, engaging with the local music scene and showcasing local talent, thereby enriching the atmospheric elegance of our properties and ensuring a consistent, high-quality music experience.CORE WORK ACTIVITIESThe DJ will develop and execute a music strategy that enhances the core pillar of the guest experience at The Luxury Collection. This involves curating daily music experiences that align with the sophistication and cultural depth of the brand. Responsibilities include managing the music programming (such as sourcing and scheduling artists and DJs), aiding in event planning, and embodying the hotel\'s passion for music.A key presence within the hotel, the DJ will engage in creative and strategic efforts, including selecting talent for live performances, DJ bookings for regular programming, and integrating music into various guest touchpoints that reflect the brand\'s luxurious and cultural ethos. This role may also involve live performances as part of the hotel\'s music offerings.The DJ will work closely with the Marketing and Food & Beverage teams to discuss and evolve the music programming. The role also involves liaising with local music events and maintaining a network within the music community to ensure a vibrant and relevant music scene within the hotel.CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Proven DJ skills are required.
• Experience in music production is preferred.
• Exceptional networking and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of and connections within the local music scene.
• Strong network with local music influencers and tastemakers.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) with a substantial following.
• A diverse background and experience beyond DJing (e.g., entertainment, PR, marketing).
• A genuine interest in lifestyle events and information that aligns with The Luxury Collection\xe2\x80\x99s values and brand identity.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Photoshop/InDesign is a plus).
• Fluency in English and the local language(s) is required.
