The vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Bid Liaison Executive for RSK\'s global division. This is a full time role, 40 hours per week, to be based at our Abu Dhabi office, with occasional travel to other RSK offices in the division as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the central bid team manager, responsible for building and maintaining relationships between the business divisions and the bid team
• Ensuring the bid team and production of supporting materials are scheduled in alliance with upcoming divisional tendering opportunities
• Maintaining an awareness of and reporting on the latest business news and priorities within the bid team and divisional teams
• Proactively supporting in work-winning plans, to ensure divisional and business timescales and quality priorities are met
• Ensuring collateral is produced and updated through the correct channels and to a high standard
• Creating and promoting awareness of the Proposal Support Centre (tendering) throughout the division and providing training in this as necessary

Person Specification:

• Qualified to degree level in a relevant subject or with equivalent experience
• Knowledge of or experience in tendering
• Knowledge of key industry supply chain management platforms
• An excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
