Summary:
The Division Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth,
expanding market presence, and managing key accounts within the
Automotive Car Care Products & Workshop Consumables. The role focuses on
developing sales strategy, strengthening distributor and fleet relationships,
and ensuring effective execution across assigned markets.
Responsibilities: i? Develop and execute divisional sales strategies aligned with company
objectives.
i? Manage and grow key accounts including distributors, workshops,
fleets, and retail partners.
i? identify new business opportunities, product penetration, and market
expansion initiatives.
i? Lead pricing, promotions, and negotiation strategies to achieve
volume and margin targets.
i? Coordinate closely with supply chain, marketing, and product teams
to ensure availability and competitive positioning.
i? Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends; provide
regular reporting and insights to management.
i? Build, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and
divisional targets.
i? Ensure compliance with company policies, credit control, and
payment terms.
i? Sales forecasting by monthly/Quarterly wise and ensure Sales plan
execution
i? Network and gathering competition information and advice
management with significant market information.
i? The role will involve commercial, operational & financial responsibility
across the vertical.
i? Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and
identify opportunities for new business.
i? Analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and
provide actionable insights to the Sales Manager.
i? Proven experience in sales management within Car Care Products &
Workshop Consumables, or related industries.
i? Strong understanding of Car care Products, Workshop consumables
and distribution channels.
i? Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and deliver
sustainable growth.
i? Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
i? Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
Travel Requirements: (Percentage
of travel expected) 70% - 90%
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Mechanical engineering,
Automobile engineering or a related field;
- Experience:
i? Having 7 to 10 years' experience in sales & team management,
preferably within the Automotive Car Care Products & Workshop
Consumables.
i? Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
i? Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Skills:
i? Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
i? Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business
growth
i? Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Salary Range: Minimum: 14,000 AED
Maximum: 18000,000 AED
