Division Director
Job Description
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve divisional goals and objectives
Oversee the division's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff
Collaborate with other division directors and C-level executives to align divisional strategies with overall company objectives
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
Implement and maintain effective operational processes and systems
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws
Represent the division in high-level meetings, conferences, and industry events
Manage major contractual negotiations with potential sub-contractors and suppliers
Review and approve important commercial, administrative, and technical documents
Monitor project status, adjust resource allocation, and ensure quality and timely completion of division activities
Minimum Requirements
Must experience with RTA Infrastructure projects ( Bridges Construction) in Dubai
Excellent management, planning, analytical and organizational skills
Effective team building and leader ship quality with good interpersonal skills
Sufficient Computer Skills and proper English reading & writing skill.
Arabic speaking is favorable
