aspects of pearl farming operations involving but not restricted to-
Responsibilities:
Assist the skipper and Offshore team with daily work tasks such as- accurate shell and panel counts, correct shell cleaning techniques, accurate shell sizing, shell consolidations, seeding and harvesting activities. Including spat deployment, selections, sizing, consolidations and
Scheduled Infrastructure and shell cleaning.
Instillation, cleaning, repair and maintenance of farm infrastructure both underwater and on the cleaning boat.
Assist with any offshore tasks such as- seeding, harvesting of shell, x-ray's, spat work, rope work
Assist with any onshore tasks such as- rope work, repairing panels, preparing panels, assisting any onshore tasks that require manpower from the team.
Follow strict Standard Operational Procedures and instructions and work as part of a multi functional onshore/offshore team
Assist in general cleaning boat upkeep such as- equipment maintenance, cleanness and organization
