Key Accountabilities
Manage team members to execute distribution operations within deadlines
Oversee daily activities of team members and provide assistances whenever needed.
Coordinate deliveries of materials as per company policies and customer demands
Address customer queries promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Tracking sales performance against targets, analyzing sales data, and preparing regular reports for management to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make informed decisions.
Ensuring that all sales activities within the distribution network comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Review team performances and provide feedback for improvements.
Communication
Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.
Ensure effective communication of activity expectations and provide quality feedback as required / appropriate to management.
Applies extensive sales experience, knowledge, and expertise to act as the subject matter expert in each department.
Being able to articulate ideas, instructions, and expectations clearly and concisely is essential (verbal and written communication)
Negotiating terms, prices, and agreements with customers and distribution partners
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Contributes to the delivery of optimal customer service by recruiting, training, scheduling, and retaining customer focused full-time and part-time department personnel.
Ability to work within a team environment and on own initiative in pursuit of business objectives.
A thorough understanding of the companies disciplinary / employment procedures and ability to apply this knowledge as necessary in conjunction with team support
An understanding of the distribution business model, team management and sales dynamics of working in a GCC market environment
Ability to set sales targets, develop strategies, and lead a team to achieve or exceed sales goals.
Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
