Provides technical advice in the creation and implementation of Occupational Health and Safety programs. Plans, directs and supervises activities related to their area.
Ensures compliance with the policies and regulations established in the Risk Prevention department, in terms of Occupational Health and Safety.
Ensures compliance, by workers, with the regulations and procedures regarding comprehensive safety
Complies with all provisions established in the Law regarding Occupational Health and Safety.
Trains new staff on the risks associated with the functions of the position.
Keeps the Internal Regulations of Hygiene and Safety up to date.
Establishes, together with the HR Manager, the policies to be followed in terms of Occupational Health and Safety.
Coordinates the inspection process in workplaces. Advises and instructs the Safety Committees of the Central Office, stores and Distribution Center.
Investigates accidents Work, determine their causes, and recommend corrective measures. Analyze statistics associated with workplace accidents and occupational diseases.

Job Experience
Technical or university professional with expertise in the area of occupational health and safety.
Minimum of two years of experience in the position.
Experience in risk prevention in retail companies (desirable).
Interpretation of laws, protocols, and agreements related to the prevention of occupational risks.
