We are a growing limousine company in Dubai looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Dispatch Agent
to join our dynamic operations team.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily driver schedules and ensure timely dispatching of vehicles Monitor trip status and provide real-time updates to clients and management Maintain clear communication with drivers throughout their shifts Handle booking requests and customer inquiries efficiently Track vehicle locations via GPS and ensure optimal routing Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in dispatching or transportation/logistics preferred Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic patterns is a plus Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking tools is an advantage Must be flexible with shift timings, including weekends and holidays
